Captains Dixie Dean and Elisha Scott lead their respective teams out for a Merseyside derby clash at Goodison Park. Dean, Everton’s all-time top scorer with 395 goals in all competitions, and Scott, Liverpool’s longest serving player, remained friends throughout their playing careers and beyond, despite sharing many memorable on-field battles over a nine year period.
