Depicted above is a time lapse showing the extensive work that goes into the colourisation process of the images used in this project. Around 90 layers were used in this particular example, each with specifically adjusted opacity sliders and blending modes to create the most authentic look possible. These images take hours to recreate, equally in researching the locations portrayed and what colours would most likely been seen, in addition to precisely adding colour to even the smallest of details.
